Daniella is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) #152240 under the license of Laurel Van Der Toorn, License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) #116695. She practices at Laurel Therapy Collective, a practice focused on EMDR for high-achieving individuals.

With multiple degrees from USC and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Daniella specializes in helping clients facing big life challenges. Her experience has included supporting people with cancer and their families. In that work, Daniella found that her clients were mostly talking about relationships, goals, grief, and everything in between. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma modality based on rewiring neural pathways through bilateral stimulation.

Daniella has additional training in sex therapy and enjoys supporting everyone, but especially queer BIPOC clients, through issues related to intimacy. Daniella takes a direct, narrative approach to her work to make sure every client feels supported and understood. She works with both individuals and couples, and is trained in Gottman Level 1 and Level 2. She also has additional training and experience in working with people who have OCD.
